How do I place an order?

We guarantee that all online orders are shipped within 4 business days after the date the order is placed. Orders are placed online per item. We do not accept orders over the phone. 

Do you offer catering for parties and corporate events?

Yes! We can do custom mini cookie flavors for any kind of event. Rather it’s for a corporate event, baby shower, wedding, birthday, or just because you want a bulk order. We will work with you directly to get all details right for your occasion. Just contact us!

Do you provide refunds?

Given the perishable nature of our mini cookies, we are not able to provide refunds. If any issues exist with your order, please email contact@bellsreines.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our very best to correct the situation.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, the shipping fee is calculated during checkout based on your geographical location. Which is waived for all orders greater than $100. 

Where are my cookies - what do I do?

Unfortunately, Bell's Reines is not responsible for any transit delays once your package has been transferred to the shipper. If you are having problems with your delivery status, please contact the shipping provider. 

How long do the cookies last?

Our cookies are natural and do not contain any preservatives, therefore they are best eaten fresh!! We recommend that our cookies are consumed within 7-10 days after opening the package. 

How do I care for my Bell’s Reines Cookies?

It is important to keep your cookies at room temperature. If you must, the cookies may be placed in an airtight container, which can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Are your products nut-free?

Yes, made in a peanut-free, tree nut-free small kitchen. Our small kitchen processes your mini cookies with dairy, eggs, and wheat.
